1. Course fees, schedules and descriptions may change with prior notice.
2. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Refund rules are given on each course page.

5. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to AVT Council. Copying or distributing without permission is prohibited.

6. User Contributions

Submitted reviews or comments may be used by AVT Council with a non-exclusive license.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranties are given.

8. Limitation of Liability

AVT Council is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
